Keith Jacoby  
Principal and Vice President, Operations and Product Delivery 
 
Keith leads regional and global supply chain design and execution for Compadre's customers. Beyond a successful track record in service, logistics and operations, he uses technical knowledge, trend monitoring and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and achieve unequalled results for customers. Keith is able to navigate complicated supply chain issues that have been created by the movement of manufacturing to Asia.

Keith has more than 20 years of procurement and supply chain experience. In college he started a bicycle shop that flourished for six years before being sold. While at a national specialty sporting goods company he was responsible for streamlining merchant operations for private-label brands and introducing new supply chain theories, which had an immediate positive impact on profitability.

Prior to Compadre, Keith spent seven years at Dell, where he progressed through management positions in reverse logistics, services, supply chain and procurement. Keith was instrumental in streamlining the supply chain for a leading peripherals manufacturer by substantially reducing supply chain time and costs in the repatriation of 160 jobs.

Keith earned a bachelor's degree in business management from North Central College in Naperville, Ill., and has completed advanced coursework in employee excellence from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as in sales and training.

Henry is a proven professional and has led packaging design teams across the globe. Working mostly with component, consumer and industrial electronics, he has designed packaging for hazardous materials, military and high-value products. Always exploring, Henry is able to introduce customers to traditional and cutting-edge packaging, while meeting cost, time and image requirements. Henry oversees an ISTA-certified packaging test facility and is able to design exceptional packaging solutions for Compadre customers.

Henry joined the company in 2006 and brings more than 23 years of experience to Compadre. He spent 11 years with Nokia as senior design manager, establishing the Americas packaging engineering division and managing a global team of packaging design engineers that concentrated on research and development. Henry has achieved lifetime Certified Packaging Professional status through the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Henry received a bachelor's degree of science in packaging engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Damien has more than 11 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate finance and business transactions. As chief financial officer, Damien is responsible for leading finance, accounting and administration at Compadre.

Damien joined the company from Tatum LLC, a large, U.S.-based executive and consulting services firm where he provided clients interim financial management and advisory services. Prior to Tatum, Damien worked as the director of finance and accounting for SRS Management. Damien began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout his career he has established financial processes, maximized working capital, provided innovative business solutions and created highly effective financial and accounting departments.

Damien earned a bachelor's degree of business administration in accounting through the business honors program at the University of Texas at Austin.
